These terms outline the rules for visiting Zunelio and purchasing tickets or experiences with us. By entering the park or completing a transaction, you agree to them.
You agree to visit our park for lawful purposes only and not to disrupt operations, harass other guests, or engage in dangerous behavior.
All ticket prices and package costs are displayed clearly before purchase. Day passes, season memberships, bonus spins on Lucky Games Hall, and special attraction bundles are priced transparently. If a pricing error occurs, we'll notify you before processing your order.
Payment is processed securely at checkout using encrypted systems. Your ticket reservation and admission are confirmed once payment is received and your booking is complete.
